"Storm's End Shawlette" designed by Laurie Sundstrom for Vintage Knits.

The second pattern inspired by George R. R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" series, the “Storm’s End” shawlette features a wide lace border, and is knit from bottom edge to neck, with short rows to shape the body of the shawl. The “stormy” blues, purples and whites of the Zauberball colorway reflect the cliffs and sea, and I’ve chosen a lace border called “Seaweed” from Weldon’s Practical Knitter, 23rd series, published in 1893.
